I'm Julie Richards — prophet, master certified life coach, spiritual director, and the founder of Unlocked: The Prophetic Coaching Academy.
For over 16 years, I've been helping Spirit-led leaders hear God clearly, step into their identity, and build something that matters. I've guided hundreds of clients — from ministry leaders to 7-figure CEOs — into greater spiritual clarity, purpose, and the courage to act on what God has spoken.
My work lives at the intersection of prophetic gifting and practical strategy. I use my 5-Part Prophetic Coaching Framework — Hear → Discern → Activate → Align → Apply — to move people from passive faith into active partnership with God.

Julie Kresl Richards is passionate about breaking down barriers and guiding people into the freedom and purpose God has for them.
As a Prophetic Life Strategist & Spiritual Growth Coach, Julie combines over 14 years of coaching and spiritual direction with prophetic insight and practical strategy to help faith-driven leaders, entrepreneurs, and visionaries move forward with clarity and resilience. Her unique approach empowers clients to shake off limitations, hear God’s voice clearly, and step boldly into their God-given identity.
After a successful career as a Nationally Board-Certified teacher, Julie felt called to a greater mission. She prayed for direction, and the answer came swiftly—she transitioned into coaching, where she’s since guided hundreds of adults in spiritual growth practices, inner healing, and the prophetic. Known for her ability to unlock hidden potential, Julie has helped countless clients gain clarity, develop resilience, and pursue their calling with focus.
