E-mail Platform
Kit (formerly ConvertKit)
ConvertKit is what I use to stay connected with my community. It helps me send emails, share resources, and stay in touch with the people God has brought into this space. I love it because it’s simple, organized, and allows me to write like I’m speaking directly to one person (which is how I always want it to feel). Whether I’m sharing encouragement, opening up a new coaching offer, or just popping in with a word that’s been stirring in my spirit—ConvertKit makes it easy to serve and steward this growing community well.
SquareSpace
All-in-one Website Builder
Squarespace is a simple, beautiful platform that helps me build my website without needing to know complicated tech or coding.
It gives me a clean, professional space online where people can learn more about what I do, access my resources, sign up for coaching, or register for workshops. I love that it’s easy to update, customize, and make it feel like me—so I can present what God has put in my heart with clarity and excellence. My website feels like a welcoming front door where people can step in and connect.
DonorBox
Giving Platform
DonorBox is the tool I use to make giving simple and secure. It allows people who feel led to sow into what God is building here to give easily—whether it’s a one-time gift or ongoing support. The setup is super user-friendly, and it keeps everything organized so I can focus on doing what I’m called to do. If you’ve ever wondered how you can partner with the work God is doing here, this is one of those ways.
Let me know if you set up a DonorBox account as I don’t have a link just yet
JotForm
Online Form Builder
Jotform has been such a helpful tool for me as an entrepreneur. It makes creating forms, applications, and questionnaires super simple—which means I can collect information, onboard clients, and streamline processes without a bunch of back-and-forth emails. It’s one of those behind-the-scenes tools that helps me stay organized so I can focus on serving people well.
Stripe
Online Payment Processor
Stripe is how I get paid online — securely, easily, and automatically. Whether someone signs up for coaching, a workshop, or purchases a resource, Stripe is working quietly behind-the-scenes to process payments, handle receipts, and make sure everything lands safely in my bank account. It integrates seamlessly with the other tools I use, which means I don’t have to think about tech headaches — I get to stay focused on the people God’s called me to serve.
PayPal
Online Payment Platform
PayPal is one of the simplest ways I receive payments—especially for one-time sessions, quick invoices, or international clients.
A lot of people already have PayPal accounts, so it’s familiar and easy for them to use. I love that I can send professional-looking invoices for free, without paying for extra invoicing software. The fees are pretty standard (similar to Stripe), and payments usually land in my bank account within a day or so.
Is their invoicing system fancy? Not really. But for what I need, it works—simple, quick, and efficient. I don’t run my whole business through PayPal, but it’s a handy option to have alongside Stripe, especially when simplicity matters and I want to make it as easy as possible for someone to say yes.
Zapier
Automation Tool
Zapier is my behind-the-scenes helper that keeps my business running smoothly — without me manually juggling a hundred little tasks.
Here’s how it works: Zapier connects the different apps I already use (like Jotform, ConvertKit, Stripe, DonorBox, Google Sheets… you name it). Every time something happens in one app — like someone filling out a form or making a payment — Zapier automatically triggers the next steps I’ve set up. It might add them to my email list, send a confirmation email, create an invoice, or even notify me that a new client just came in.
Each automation is called a "Zap." One trigger → one or more actions → done.
It’s like having a personal assistant who never sleeps, quietly taking care of the details so I can stay focused on the people God has called me to serve.
Thinkific
Online Course Platform
Thinkific is a platform for hosting courses, trainings, and digital resources all in one place.
It allows you to build organized, professional-looking online courses that your students can access anytime. You can upload videos, add workbooks, create quizzes, and track student progress—all without needing complicated tech. For entrepreneurs and coaches, it’s a great option for creating courses that continue to serve and equip people long after the live teaching is done. I’m excited about the possibilities it offers for multiplying impact and creating meaningful, on-demand learning spaces.
Calendly
Online Scheduling Tool
Calendly is the tool I use to schedule meetings, coaching sessions, and calls—without all the back-and-forth emails.
Instead of saying “What time works for you?” a dozen times, I simply send my Calendly link. People can see my availability, pick a time that works for them, and book instantly. It automatically handles time zones, sends reminders, and even connects with my Zoom and calendar apps.
It saves me time, keeps my schedule organized, and helps me stay focused on the conversations God has called me to have—without the admin headache.
Zoom
Online Video Conferencing Platform
Zoom is how I meet with my coaching clients, host group trainings, and lead live workshops—all from wherever I am.
Whether I’m coaching one-on-one, teaching a course, or gathering a whole group together, Zoom gives me a simple way to create face-to-face connection—even when we’re miles apart. I love that it allows for live interaction, screen sharing, recordings, and real-time ministry, while still feeling personal and sacred. It’s like inviting people into a virtual sacred space where God can move powerfully, no matter where we are.
Canva
Online Design Platform
Canva is my go-to tool for creating all the beautiful, professional-looking graphics you see in my business.
Whether it’s social media posts, slide decks for workshops, workbooks, handouts, or email graphics — Canva makes it super simple to design everything without needing to be a graphic designer. It has tons of templates, fonts, images, and easy drag-and-drop features that let me create exactly what I need (and actually enjoy the process).
It helps me present the message God’s put in me with excellence and beauty—without spending hours or hiring a full design team.
Canva has a free version with tons of great features to get started, but I personally use the Pro version because it gives me access to even more templates, premium images, brand kits, and time-saving tools that make creating content even easier.

Editing Short-form Videos & Reels
CapCut is my go-to app for quick, easy video editing—especially for reels, stories, and short-form content.
I can trim, add text, transitions, music, and effects without needing a tech degree. It helps me create clean, professional-looking videos that feel true to my voice and brand. As an entrepreneur and coach, I want my content to reflect excellence while staying simple—and CapCut makes that doable.
Captions
Subtitles & AI Captions on Video Content
Captions is my secret weapon for creating polished, professional video content—without spending hours editing.
It automatically adds subtitles to my videos, helps with timing, and even lets me style the captions so they’re visually engaging for social media. Let’s be honest — most people scroll with the sound off, so having clear, easy-to-read captions makes sure my message still reaches the person God has me speaking to. Captions helps me create content that feels personal, polished, and powerful—without needing a full production team.
Teleprompter
Reading Scripts on Camera
The Teleprompter App helps me stay focused, relaxed, and natural on video—especially when I have a specific message I want to deliver clearly.
Instead of trying to memorize every word or glance down at my notes, I can read my script while looking straight at the camera. It feels like I’m just talking heart-to-heart, even though I’ve prepared exactly what I want to say. It’s such a helpful tool for keeping my video content organized, Spirit-led, and still fully me.
ManyChat
DM Automation
ManyChat is one of my favorite tools for staying connected with my audience in a personal, automated way. It allows me to create conversations that feel like I’m right there chatting with someone — but without having to be glued to my phone all day. With ManyChat, I can deliver freebies, answer FAQs, guide people through next steps, and nurture relationships using Messenger, Instagram DMs, and even SMS. It's like having a little assistant helping me serve my audience more intentionally, while freeing up my time to focus on coaching, teaching, and hearing from the Lord for my clients.
ChatGPT
AI-powered Writing Tool
ChatGPT is the tool I use for brainstorming, writing help, and organizing my ideas when I’m building content for my business and ministry.
Sometimes I just need to get the swirl of ideas out of my head — whether it’s for an email, a course outline, a workshop, or even a caption for social media. ChatGPT helps me process, clarify, and shape my thoughts into something clear, helpful, and ready to serve the people God has called me to reach. It’s like having a brainstorming buddy on call 24/7 to help me think creatively, stay productive, and move projects forward.
